This Silver Award Workshop is required for all Cadette Girl Scouts wanting to earn the Silver Award, which is the highest award a Girl Scout Cadette can earn. This workshop is to help guide girls and their advisors through the seven steps to earning the Silver Award ---including how to identify an issue girls’ care about, build their Girl Scout Silver Award team or decide to go solo, explore community, develop a sustainable plan and put it in motion using leadership skills, as well as reflecting, sharing, and celebrating!

Girls can pursue the Girl Scout Silver Award if:

They're in middle school (sixth, seventh, or eighth grade, or equivalent)

They're registered as a Girl Scout Cadette
